1903091113 – When Mia first encountered snow it took two days for her to leave the house and use the bathroom. Once she decided it was harmless, there was no stopping her from happily running and playing in it. This picture shows a little snowman we made as part of the Flat Stanley series of pictures, where we suggest that it was Flat Stanley that made the snowman. Mia was very curious about all the activity that day and probably wondered why it was wearing my hat and Lisa’s scarf. The other pictures in this series show Mia reluctantly approaching, investigating and sniffing the snowman and his gear. Then she slowly and hesitantly stole it’s arm and ran off to play with it. She viewed all sticks as her sticks and this was no exception.
