1606191822 – Looking at this picture I recall how often I’ve seen Mia from this perspective. That is, laying down on the ground for one reason or another and looking up. For instance, whenever I joined Lisa for a workout it would always include spending time on the floor to perform the various exercises – sit-ups, chest presses, leg-lifts etc. Inevitably the activity, or lack of activity, would pique Mia’s curiosity and draw her in to further investigate. I like to believe that she was coming over to make sure I was OK. Sometimes she would just look at me as she is in this picture. Other times she would follow up by licking (“kissing”) my face profusely. Either way it would almost always be a welcomed opportunity to play and enjoy the love that pets bring to our lives.
