1605301404 – This picture was taken along the Hogle Wildlife Sanctuary Trail in Brattleboro, VT, a place where Mia loved to run and play. We could easily access this trail from our home on Putney Road and it provided a relaxing break from the urban streets of Brattleboro. Here Mia could run off leash, play in the water and roll around in the tall grass – just a few of the activities that bring joy to any canine companion. Her critter playmates included both land and aquatic creatures from squirrels to river otters, and Mia encountered them all with energetic enthusiasm that often had me yelling and chasing her with far less energy and enthusiasm.
